Artificial intelligence (AI) discovery and consulting services, implementation and support of AI systems, end-to-end partnerships and AI technologies in the healthcare and healthcare sectors. Updated versions of the Standard Service Contract, the Combined Contract and the list of amendments that have been added for both England and Wales and Scotland. The Cabinet Office and the Government Legal Service have published an updated version of the Model Services Contract. This version reflects changes in government policy, regulation and the marketplace. The Standard Service Contract is a set of standard terms for large service contracts published for use by government departments and many other public sector organizations. Although this event is open to all, it is recommended that participants have at least a fundamental understanding of the structure and content of the model contract in order to get the most out of this event. Many SCL members will be familiar with the standard service contract developed by the Cabinet Office, the Crown Commercial Service (CSC) and the government`s legal department for service contracts worth more than £10 million. The Standard Service Contract is widely used across central government and increasingly within local government and the NHS. With a weighting of 447 pages and 126,565 words, it is worth checking whether the standard service contract meets the needs of its users (and not just the lawyers and purchasing specialists who use it for their profession).
